Campaign Overview

The Grace Sentinel sprint produced a compelling narrative for the builder-native audience: a solo founder operating 22 GitHub orgs with ~444 repos, 44 project boards, and 207 gists — and the AI orchestration layer that makes it manageable. This is a design journal + technical thread campaign.

Content Angles

Design Journal Entry: “22 Orgs, One Brain”

Register: Builder-native (Bluesky, stratt.engineer) Angle: The honest reality of scaling a protocol ecosystem as one person. How agent context files drifted in 3 days. How tiered awareness beats flat tracking. Why gist naming conventions matter before you have 200 gists. Hook: “I run 22 GitHub orgs with 444 repos. Here’s what breaks when your AI orchestrator falls behind.”

Technical Thread: “Agent Alignment Auditing”

Register: Protocol-native (HN, Reddit r/LocalLLaMA) Angle: The systematic method for detecting drift between LLM system prompts and the codebases they describe. The 4-severity classification. The phantom concept problem. Applicable to any team using AI agents with codebase context. Hook: “Your AI agent has 49 factual errors in its system prompt. You just don’t know it yet.”

LinkedIn Post: “Orchestration at Scale”

Register: Enterprise-native Angle: How VAPA (Verifiable Agentic Prompt Architecture) provides audit trails for AI agent context — every claim verifiable against the live codebase. The compliance story: if your agent says “3 councils” but there are 7, that’s a governance gap.

Content Trail Alignment

Maps to existing campaign trails:
  • CT-04 SOL_LOG: Weekly status including Sentinel sprint outcomes
  • CT-05 PROTOCOL_NATIVE: “Agent alignment auditing” as a deep-dive
  • CT-03 AEROSPACE_BRIDGE: “I verified avionics systems for Boeing 777X. Now I verify AI agent context files.”
